Throughout, the unit received new wide-plank wood-look flooring, painted trim and baseboard, recessed LED lighting, ductless mini-split heads for heating and cooling, and mirrored closet doors. Outside, the structure was re-stuccoed and finished with a new entry door, wall sconce, gutter and downspout, a concrete walkway and fresh columnar hedge planting along the elevation.

One parked vehicle plus a second bay on casters, flipping between hobby space and overflow parking. Good for smaller lots where the garage does several jobs. Everything mobile needs a home position, or the flexibility becomes clutter.
